Chapter 1: Water and fire collide, River Tear.
I slowly awoke the sunlight creeping through my aqua curtains. I turned and awoke my goldfish friends as I thought back to my parent's death of when they were killed by the darkness, tears streamed down my face. My ears were sharp as the one and only water elemental guardian. I was being summoned the court of my chief and headmaster, Ranchok the fourth. I swiftly tore open my wardrobe door, placing on my delicately embroidered blue dress and strung pearls with holes in them through my blue mid-back length hair. I was often told my hair referred to my name a silky blue color like the pure tears of angels. I was River Tear the water elemental guardian, one with the water. I quickly jumped into the fresh water that waited below me from my elevated tree house. I could breathe underwater; I sped like a jet down to the court and entered slowly to see Ranchok. I stepped in, curtsied. Only chosen people could breathe underwater therefore to prevent trespassers the court was underwater.
"River, today you will begin the journey." Ranchok said with slight concern. "I will entrust you with Canthist, the legendary sword of water." Ranchok dismissed me without another word.
"Journey, what journey?" I wondered aloud. I examined the silver sword with blue markings in a language which I could not read but as I ran my fingers over the symbols they lit up like living water. I then realized what stood before me, the gates; it was my first time ever passing through the gates. As I walked out I felt sad like I was leaving all my memories behind to be soon forgotten, but also as if a grievous load would have been taken off my shoulders. I started to walk along the forest inhabited path, it was then I saw her. Her long hair stood out a bright red like a fire igniting the forest. Her sharp k9 teeth peeking out from under her lips. Her reddish-brown eyes like autumn leaves. Her disgruntled expression made her slim body seemed her ferocious aura as her eyes scaled my body.
"Water tribe military dog?" she asked impolitely, on purpose.
"Shut the heck up, you fire demon runt." I snapped.
She lifted her hand setting fire ablaze, smirking. She was the fire element guardian? Grrreeeat.I just pissed off my future companion. Water condensed in my hand taking the form of a sphere. Her eyes widened, the fire disappeared. My water evaporated.
"Well then…. In that case may as well get along, not wanting another thousand days of hell when I'm with my partners." The fire girl sighed. "I'm lunar, Lunar Eclipse, but you can al me Luna."
"Agreed, I'm River Tear, aren't you the fire element? Why are you called Lunar Eclipse?"
Luna dropped her head a bit. "I was born on the red moon, the Lunar Eclipse, in a war, my parents died."
"Oh my parents died due to the devil's wrath." I said grieving.

We walked in silence then settled down at the camp sight we had picked and cooked the fish we had got in the river due to my mystical water talents. As we settled down in our forest made tents by Luna's lit fire a cold breeze froze our spines, but turned to water and soaked near my body and turned to steam near Luna's. It was truly a breeze that kept coming as we slowly drifted to sleep
I awoke around 10:00 clock the wind had a different type of chill to it. It was a cold, scary and dark kind of chill. I had awakened up first. The fire guardian about 2 hours later woke. I did not totally trust her all and all I had to deal with it. Luna woke up with an attitude. She said she felt like crap...blah blah blah.
"That's great... When are we going to start on this journey?" I said.
"Well...Saying that I feel like crap and that I slept on the ground all night, let's start right away."
"Hey that's not my fault" I replied jokingly.
We then started on our way. My horse Hydro walked across the plains as we made our way through darkness wood. Hydro carried a light lift she only carried arrows and a bow. But Luna's horse Fever was carrying a ton, tents, food, her bow and arrows, and clothes. I had told her that I could easily get hydro to carry some of Fever's bargain. She denied and said that her horse was a strong as an ox, but beside the load it kept a moderately swift movement.
The woods twined around in multiples of circles. Winding left and right back and forth. The red sun trickled through the pine wood trees. As we had are first encounter with an enemy. A Griffin stood in front of me. I had nothing else to do so I screamed.
"River get your sword out!!" Luna called.
I pulled the silver sword out of the pack the hung from my shoulder.
Luna ran at full force at the monster while I took it from behind. I quickly swung my sword at the back of the creature, leaving a gash. It was then I saw the true power of Luna. She held her hands out to the creature dropping her sword in the process. Its fine cut edges flamed reed heat emanating from them. She swung her sword wounding the animal terribly, leaving a burn mark. As I realized the animal was dead I heard a small sound…The sound of footsteps. No one moved it seemed as if someone was watching me and Luna. I looked around franticly wondering if another one of those creatures would appear. But no. It was no monster it was a boy.

Chapter 2: The steam is frozen, darkness envelopes, Lunar Eclipse
The boy stood surprised by the fallen creature. He turned to me,
"What are you doing in these woods? … Are you stupid or something? Don't you know this is the darkness woods?"
I stood stunned by the boy's appearance. He had the most beautiful silver/white hair but his clothes were muddy and torn. As if he had lived on the road for years. The boys face was a pale as ice…
"Are you… The ice elemental guardian?" I asked.
"Obviously… Jeez you are so stupid. I am guessing you are the fire guardian and the blue idiot over there is the water guardian."
I scowled at the… whatever, I can't waste any of my hellish time with him… this is going to be a nightmare!
"I'm River, no idiot! Call me by my real name or learn how to sleep with your eyes open." River stated.
"I'm Luna."I said and curtsied without any emotion.
I turned around because I felt another presence. I boy sat there staring at us, face unreadable, covered in shadows.
"Yo Icey, who's he?" I teased.
"My name is-." he started.
"Ya ya whatever, who is he?" I questioned.
"He's Zack Talon the darkness element of our group, looks like we're all here." He said looking around.
Zack and Jacksom (Icey) gathered together conversing, and then pulled out a whistle from each of their pockets. Zack put his delicate rose like lips to the whistle and blew, they look quite mysterious especially Zack, his dark purple eyes shrouded by his black hair. I heard galloping we all tuned our heads as a white horse and a pure black horse came galloping onto the road and walked straight up to the boys.

"Hey Shadow." Zack whispered is such a quiet a voice I could barely hear.
"Welcome, Glacier." Jacksom said expression unchanging.
I mounted Fever and River on Hydro. We started off northward, we didn't know where we were going, what we were supposed do, or the backgrounds of the others, but somehow by fate we met and left together.
The darkness woods seemed a little lighter when Zack arrived. His shadow aura blended in with the dark woods. Zack was a invisible in the woods. He seemed so familiar with it. It was his home and he knew it. The four of us finally made are way to the edge of are forest it was then I saw the most disturbing, monster ever!!!! "Who the hell are you?" Icey asked.
"Are you a witch?" I asked.
"Are you nuts or something? I am a flaming leprechaun!!! Wow, you stupid person!!!" The small, skinny, ugly man said.
"Don't you dare you the word flaming in vain!!!" I screamed, fire forming in my hands.
It was then Zack spoke. "Don't you understand? He is one of our quest masters. Do you see that necklace on the man's neck? It is a elemental guardian master's necklace. He will help us. Lunar, control you anger."
I scowled.
"How do you know? He could have just attacked the "real" Quest master and is here from the peak to kill us."
Zack rolled his eyes.
The ugly man spoke" I am indeed the master of elemental quests. First things first we must put each of you to a little, minor and fatal test to see what I should…never mind."
"What are these tests all about?? I am River tear, no taker of tasks unless sure on which why I must do so." River said sternly.
"Fine, I will put you to a task to see what part or gift you are to the group."The man said smiling.
We all agreed to do it. It was Zack's turn first.
The man told Zack to stand by a small rock facing the forest. We all waited for something, 10 seconds later nothing still.
It was then a rumble broke the ground and split the ground in half, separating us away from Zack.
A canine creature came out from the forest. Its big rough looking hair was a light yellow. It was an unknown creature in my mind.
Zack raced toward the creature knowing he had to defeat it to earn his place. His dark black sword was in his hand as he attacked. The creature scratched Zack across the left arm. Zack screamed in pain but he pushed on. He dropped the dark sword and mumbled two unknown words and bats from the east and attached and sucked the blood of the creature till it died of blood shortage. Zack had still no expression on his face. It was now river's turn.
River jumped over the small crack and smiled confidently. A lightning bolt aroused from the sky, and turned the ground around River into fire. It circled her. A monster flew in from the Northern skies. It was a dragon...A rare lighting dragon?? The dragon flew into the small circle, facing River. Her hands were gripped hard around the water sword. She charged. The dragon knocked her to the side as she tried charging. That strategy was not working. She closed her eyes and screamed. Millions of tiny raindrops hit the ground melting the fire into ashes. She now only had to face the dragon. The sword returned to her hands. She ran jumping onto the tall dragons back and smoothly sliced the dragons head in half. She got of the dead dragons back and lightly hit the ground, curtsying with a happy expression on her face. Only soon after did she notice the small gash bleeding on her back from her fall.
It was now my turn. I jumped over the crack as River did before me. It was my turn to kick some butt.
A small squirrel walked out of the woods into the open. I smiled. Damn this thing was pathetic. I ran towards the creature attempting to cut off its head. But it was then it transformed. It transformed into a creature about the size of a dragon. ...It was a bloodhound...
I pondered on how the demon creature from the underworld had gotten here. As i thought about he disturbing creature it pounced.
It held me to the ground. Saying it was a flesh eating animal. It bite me right away. The cut went deep. The skin was completely ripped by the strong k9 teeth. The pain rushed through me but i let go now. I snapped my free fingers and a small flame ascended from my tips. My hand slowly moved towards the creature's mouth and it burned. The creature jumped back and hissed/. I jumped into action. I jumped onto the creatures back as if it was a stallion a cracked it neck into two.
It was now Icey's turn.

"Icey gonna get smashed" I teased

He scowled and said. "You better watch out you little rodent and shut your mouth...." His voice was drained away by the sound of footsteps. The next monster entered the "arena". It was a Cyclops.

The monster was gigantic in size and in weight.
Jacksom (Icey) pulled out his bow and shot towards the weakest spot on the Cyclops's body. The pupil. Personally i would be pretty pissed off if someone tried to shot an arrow at my eye, and boy this Cyclops was. The arrow hit right into the middle of the pupil. It groaned in pain. Jacksom ran towards the monster a full speed. It threw him into t a rock that stood by the edge of the wood. Icey who was bleeding everywhere and scratched up pretty ad attacked again. This time he made a staircase of ice up to the monster eye and stabbed had. Soon it was over.
"Good job everyone!!!! First before I tell you anything we must heal... Fire girl and Zack, you heal each other and the other two each other.
I sat cross from Zack shadows surrounding us. I unwillingly patched and bandaged up his left arm and now it was my turn. Zack with an unchanging expression stitched up my shoulder and bandaged it up also. I walked op behind River and Icey who had made little progress. They argued and yelled but finally healed each other up.

"It is now time" The quest man shouted as if he was talking to the whole world.

Chapter 3: River tear

We all sat in a small circle around the small man, waiting for him to speak.
Zack was first.
"Zack is the true redeemer of light, when he finds his true sprit he must find might. But if he succeeds all will be well, if not none shall tell. River is a beautiful soul but when reckoning with the past her storm shall seize. She must find her inner peace. Lunar is a valiant soul but when put into a situation full of heed, she must unite with those that keep their secrets held for none to reach. Jacksom is full of fright when finding his true inner light. When put together with a friend all will be good so that is what has been said." The man finally took a long breath before continuing.
"What is that supposed to mean?? Is this a riddle? I hate riddles?" I stated.
Luna spoke, "Dude, if I don't know what the journey is how am I supposed to know what that means?"
This is the book.
